ICANN sends notice of breach to Israeli registrar Black Ice Domains

ICANN sent a notice of breach to Israeli registrar Black Ice Domains. As of 5 February 2013, Black Ice Domains, Inc. is in breach of its Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) dated 18 January 2011.

This breach results from Black Ice’s failure to provide ICANN with a requested document within fifteen (15) days as required by Section 5.9.2 of the RAA.

ICANN requests that Black Ice cure the breach by 26 February 2013, 15 working days from the date of this letter, by taking the following action:
Provide ICANN with a copy of the Purchase Agreement regarding the recent acquisition of Black Ice.

If Black Ice fails to timely cure this breach and provide the information requested, ICANN may commence the RAA termination process.
