DNWE is switching to a subscription model

DNWE 2.0 is launching on January 10th, 2021.

Here are all the announced upcoming changes to the platform:

Platform Subscription

DNWE will be switching to a subscription model for all users. The 2021 subscription price will be $14.99 per month or $149.90 per year. Through the end of January, we’ll have an early bird special of just $9.99 per month or $99.90 per year.

No matter when you sign up, you’ll get a 14-day free trial.

You may be saying to yourself, “Hey, DNWE membership has been free so far, and now I have to pay?”. Well, don’t worry. The nominal fee comes with a tremendous amount of value that will benefit just about every active user.

0% Sales Commission

We’re happy to announce that our sales commission will now be 0%! Yes, you read that correctly, ZERO percent!

You can now sell your domains at wholesale without worrying how much you’ll net after commission. Buyers will now be responsible for the DAN transaction fees.

Non-Curated Marketplace

Since launching, DNWE has been a completely curated marketplace. All domains listed for sale were approved and often priced by one of our team members.

Now there will be an additional non-curated marketplace. This update will offer sellers the ability to list more domains on DNWE even if we don’t agree on quality/pricing.

You’ll be able to add up to 25 domains per day in the non-curated marketplace and submit up to 5 for curated consideration. If your curated submissions are not accepted or not priced to your liking you’ll still be able to publish these domains in the non-curated marketplace.

It’s important to note that our curated marketplace will continue to offer the most visibility and best chance of selling your domains.

Custom Email Notifications

This is a HUGE new feature! It’s something quite a lot of you have been asking for and now it’s almost here. If you’re tired of logging in and out all day to check what new names have been listed you’re going to absolutely love this.

You can now add multiple notifications settings that match preset criteria (i.e. Category, TLD, Age, Price, etc.) Once you’ve set up your preferences, you’ll be notified when new domains matching your criteria are published in the Curated section. No more FOMO!

It’s important to note that custom notifications will only work for curated domains, so you’ll still need to check the non-curated marketplace from time to time!

Make Offer

We’re adding a robust and very cool “make offer” system! Sellers can choose whether to accept offers on their individual domains.

Now a buyer can simply click “Buy Now” or risk making an offer and negotiating with the seller.

Both parties will be able to send messages, offers, and counteroffers to each other in real-time via the platform. This new feature will help sellers sell more domains and buyers buy more domains!

CSV Export

We know a lot of you like to run lists of domains through different metrics or valuation tools. We expect to get significantly more listings than ever before, so now you’ll be able to export a list of all the domains listed on DNWE.

Purchased and Sold Sections

Long overdue! You’ll now be able to see the domains you’ve purchased and the domains you’ve sold on DNWE.

Buyer Data Points

Most domain investors like to use data when making purchase decisions and now you’ll have more of that data right at your fingertips. Next to each listed domain will be an infobox containing the GoDaddy Appraisal and the number of domain extensions taken according to DotDB. This should help you make quicker and more informed buying decisions.

As previously announced, we’ll be removing all published listings on January 9th in preparation for the “re-launch” on January 10th.
