Oliver Hoger still owes me the attorney fees

Oliver Hoger still owes me the attorney fees after 1 year since he lost in the Greek courts. If you don’t know what happened then please read these 3 articles:

  1. Namejet domain name auction front running continues. This time with an Oliver Hoger owned domain.
  2. Oliver Hoger filed a court injunction against Konstantinos Zournas and OnlineDomain.com
  3. Injunction denied! (Oliver Hoger against Konstantinos Zournas)

Long story short, Oliver Hoger admitted on Namepros that he was bidding on his own domain names on Namejet, me and several others wrote that Oliver Hoger said that, Oliver Hoger didn’t like I wrote what he said, he threatened me and then he filed an injunction against me and my blog in the Greek courts.

Then the injunction in the Greek courts was denied in October 2018 and he was ordered by the judge to pay me the attorney fees. I am still waiting for that money he owes me.

The money awarded to me is chump change but nevertheless I still want it because it is a matter of principle. I got a SLAPP suit from mister Oliver Hoger and he lost and I really want something to show for it. I am accepting suggestions on what to do with the money if I ever get it.

For those that don’t know what a SLAPP suit is: “A strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) is a lawsuit that is intended to censor, intimidate, and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition.”

Oliver talked to many blogs, forums, etc. and asked them to take down what he said and what he did on Namejet but all including myself refused. To my knowledge I was the only one taken to courts. Somehow I think that some of Oliver’s friends have something to do with this. Others think so too.

BTW I see that Oliver is still auctioning his domain names at this failing business that is called Namejet. How come Namejet? Is business so bad? I am still waiting for Namejet to give me a domain name I have paid for and several different complaints about Namejet are coming up daily.

I had forgotten about this money until I watched Sunday’s “John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight”: EatShitBob.com. Here is a direct link of the show on YouTube. This is a must watch. Eat shit Bob!

  2. YO- hire an attorney in USA and sue him for the money he owes you.
There are so many hungry hungry attorneys in USA looking for this kind of deal

here a good site to find your attorneys-https://www.avvo.com/
If you don’t have to pay a dime, it is base on contingency fees.

I use it all the time………..

  3. That Hoger dude is still hard at it, still shill bidding and playing games in most of the public auctions on NJ either his own names or names of his idiot associates.
He is a pathetic excise for a human being!!!!

  4. Konstantinos Zournas

Sorry, I don’t accept Facebook friend requests from maniacs.

  5. I never shared my story but once we were bidding on Namejet and Oliver Hoger messaged me said he will purposely shill bud me further up unless I agree to pay him a flat “protection” fee.

  6. He is back on namepros trying to peddle business again, what happen to dnforum, failure.

class action suit namejet, what are his user names, I am sure there are many, these people all work out of Gibraltar, follow the PO BOXES doesn’t take a genious to figure out who the others in the circle are.

  7. It is the same as any debt, the cost of recovery can be passed on to the debtor.

As there are jurisdiction issues and you are not entirely sure which is the correct address for service you write to all of them giving them a final warning to pay the amount within 14 days or else you will start to employ tracing activities and hold him liable for the cost of those activities, take him to Court and seek a charge or lien against his known assets.

As the issue in question was in the US (namejet) and his domains are registered through a US organisations it seems reasonable to ask a US Court to decide on the amount and allow you to recover your debt by confiscation and auctioning of his assets.

You inform him in the letters that you send to all known emails and addressses you have, that you will start by trying to track him with an advertising campaign on Facebook targetted in the Areas you think he may be residing in. Of course the cost of this will be applied to the debt as warning was given to avoid it.

You might find that the lawyers you employ in the US may be interested in a class action suit against namejet for being complicit in fraudulent bidding.

  8. The point he was illegally bidding up his own names, that of associates, along with using multiple user names could be very damaging especially if you can get Taryn on board who will have no issue raising hell given how much they spend.

I often felt on many auctions, someone was just playing the bids, and NameJet does not have that diverse of client list, so it’s pretty obvious to see. Just how much NameJet knew, or knows about this could really open up damages.

Wasn’t Hogee working out of Spain at first, wonder who is over there now? I often wonder how these people came out of nowhere to make so much money so quickly.

  9. How much does he owes you?

  10. I found this post when I searched for his name before making a transaction with him and this post made me worry a bit. I have to say that my experience was the opposite, he is one of the best guy around, highly professional, very reliable, communicative, it was a pleasure to make business with it.
