DAN announced it reached 3,000 reviews on TrustPilot

DAN announced it reached 3,000 reviews on TrustPilot. DAN’s score is 4,7 of 5 stars.

Dan only invites (all) its buyers to leave a review.

DAN also shared that in May, 37% of all sales they processed were initiated directly via their search and or support.

Milestones should be celebrated!
Just recently, we’ve received our 3,000th review. We’re proud to score a 4,7 of 5 stars on the great platform @Trustpilot.
At Dan, we on purpose only invite (all) our buyers to leave us a review. 1/5

The reason why we do not invite our sellers to leave us a review is because our sellers have an incentive to share a more positive review due to the fact that our reviews are incorporated on our for-sale pages and other public pages. #TransparencyFirst 2/5

Since our goal and objective is to build the most efficient and liquid domain market in the world, at all times we have to make sure that the buying side of the market is serviced exceptionally well and one way to keep track of that is our @Trustpilot score. 3/5

We’re proud that our Marketplace/Domain Ownership Transfer service yields a high buyer satisfaction score (89% in May 2021) and we look forward to introduce some major improvements very soon to get that percentage even higher! 4/5

Without our buyers & sellers, we would have never been able to celebrate this amazing milestone. Thank you all for being part of the growing Dan family and our journey to introduce a new chapter in domains! 5/5
