NamesCon Europe postponed to 2021

You probably saw this coming, but NamesCon Europe 2020 is postponed to 2021.

“Since every country is still fighting the coronavirus, we can’t predict what travel will look like this summer, so we are aiming to prevent last-minute inconvenience and disappointment. We’ll still be meeting in Budapest next summer, and the new dates are already set: July 15-17, 2021.”

(The email mentions that UEFA Champions League will run June 11-July 11 2021 but they actually mean the UEFA Euro 2020 will run on these dates.)

NamesCon Europe is evaluating a virtual replacement event for this summer.

NamesCon is still planning for NamesCon Global 2021 and will keep us informed during the year.
