In a newsletter sent out today it was revealed that the domain name Commercial.Property was sold by Uniregistry at the DomainNameSales.com platform for $25,000.
Commercial.Property went straight to the #9 place of the all time New gTLD Sold.Domains and on the #3 spot of the year to date New gTLD domain names sales. It is only trailing Wine.Club and Vegas.Club.
Uniregistry is the registry of the .Property New gTLD. The domain name was registered to a sister company of Uniregistry called North Sound Names and was parked at DomainNameSales.com. The domain name has been transferred to Go Daddy.
There were also a few other New gTLD domain name sales reported in the past week including my own sale of Create.Media for 5,000 Euro (read here), the sale of Pocket.Money at Sedo for $2,799 and more…
You can see all the latest domain name sales at Sold.Domains.
We registered our own domains through a loophole and we sold one for 25 grand while you domainers are all sitting on the 2nd rate domains that were left after we were done cherry picking the best 20,000 names. But hey keep buying my extensions because maybe it can happen to you with the 20,001 best name.
LOL. Exactly what happened!
My BigData.Property will have some values…..anyone knows how much the value will be?
It is becoming more and more evident how the Frank schillings of the REGS are fucking domainers without even so much as a kiss. Yes Frankie you may be the next Billionaire, GOOGLE POSTER BOY, but at what cost??

No matter how high the price is, it is the registry (or its affiliates), not a general domain investor, who get the money. That’s why domain registries are for and new GTLDs are not so attractive to general domain investors.
It’s a nice gtld sale regardless of who sold it imho.
I wonder what the annual premium fee is, if any?
Uniregistry does not have premium renewal fees.
What’s up with these comments lmao
