MMX trying to sell 725k of mostly worthless domains using Estibot appraisals

MMX (Minds + Machines) announced ‘The Great Release’ which moves 725k “premium names” to their standard pricing.

These are the New gTLD domains that nobody bought and MMX is now using Estibot appraisals to convince people to purchase their stock inventory.

If these 3.5k domains are valued(!!!) at over $2,500 why is MMX selling them at standard registration prices?

If these 67.5k domains are valued(!!!) between $250 and $2,499 why is MMX selling them at standard registration prices?

So if these 725k domains are worth $80M, why is MMX throwing all this money in the trash?

Estibot is one of the two most well known automatic domain name appraisal tools (together with the GoDaddy appraisal tool) that have only been causing harm in the industry. These are tools that can not even appraise .com domains and Estibot is now appraising New gTLD domains. Some of these MMX extenstions didn’t even had a single sale EVER, or don’t have any sales in the past 5 years! (after being released for 6 years!)

So gem domains from extensions like .horse, .vodka, .rodeo, luxe and .dds are being released and Estibot assigns almost random prices.

These are heavily overpriced domains offered to the public as great deals. 99,9% of these 725K domains are totally worthless.

  1. “These are tools that can not even appraise .com domains and Estibot is now appraising New gTLD domains”.

That’s the bottom line. Amen to that.

But (non-domainer) people are smarter than that, and they are not buying.

Even the best marketing skills in the world cannot sell useless garbage.

Ironic that Minds + Machines are relying on a bot.
