Over 3,000 Premium .Cymru & .Wales Domains To be Released

Following the launch of the new .cymru and .wales domains, all remaining Premium Names will be available from Tuesday 31st March at 12.00 noon on a first come, first-served basis.

This means that over 3,000 (out of the original 6000+ domains) ‘premium’ domain names, which include a number of generic terms will be offered to all.

These will be available to all .cymru/.wales registrars at the standard, wholesale price.

Premium Names

Premium Names are domain names which include keywords, generic and popular terms that generate high levels of interest. Nominet made a select list of Premium Names available as part of our launch process. Following the launch of the new .cymru and .wales domains on 1st March, all remaining Premium Names will be offered on a first come, first-served basis from 12:00 noon on Tuesday 31st March via domain name sellers (registrars).
