Namejet and Web.com are a damn disgrace

Namejet, Web.com and all their other companies including Network Solutions, Register.com and Snapnames are a damn disgrace to this industry and their deserve to go under, close and relieve us from their pitiful existence. This is no coincidence that these companies are all probably is the top 10 for worst domain name companies.

These are companies run by crazy monkeys pressing random letters on keyboards.

Today once again I learned from a tweet that one of my domains (that I won last year at Namejet and is now at Epik) is coming up for an expiring auction. They apparently running some ads as I was informed and I just checked and my domain is featured on their front page as the top pick at Namejet’s Hot Picks. It now has 109 bidders.

This is of course in no way the first time this is happening to me. I wonder how many times this has happened to others.

In June they were auctioning another one of my domains: “The domain with the most bidders at Namejet is not going to auction“. My domain fell victim of front-running because of stupid Namejet. Frontrunning on a domain I was NOT auctioning on Namejet

This is of course happening because of ghost domain records on Network Solutions. Domains that I have transferred out yet Netsol thinks I forgot to renew.

Their customer support consists of these crazy monkeys that either say “we are sorry to hear this” on Twitter and do nothing OR their website support that either ignores tickets altogether or replies that they will fix it and do nothing for months until you email them again so they can do nothing again.

Netsol’s stupid twitter account is ironically called @netsoldcares like they ever give a shit. Damn idiots.

There is not much to say anymore.

Fuck you Namejet.

Fuck you Web.com.

    PLUS the fact that I have domains at NetworkSolutions (via Namejet auctions) that have been there for more than 60 days that are still showing LOCKED. So now I have to waste my time calling support so I can get these damn transfer codes to get the fuck outta there!

    100% Monkeys would do a much better job

    Have always asked myself what does the CEO and board of directors
    do to keep this nightmare of experience, have they ever just called and
    tried to accomplish anything, takes hours and nothing gets resolved,
    what a waste of salaries and damage to the industry, use this virus
    as excuse and close down, at least something good will come out of
    it or change the CEO & the Board.
