Undeveloped launches new way to setup “brand for sale” domain landing pages

Undeveloped.com launched a new way to setup “brand for sale” domain name landing pages.

“To help your buyers visualize better which brand they’re acquiring and why the price for quality names is justified, we’ve launched very easy to set up Brand for Sale Pages!”

“All you need to do is to add a logo in PNG format (transparent background) and choose the background color you’d like to use. We’ll take care of the rest and make sure your logo looks great on the cards!”

Here is how a brand landing page looks like:

Undeveloped charges a 9% commission fee while other most competing services use a subscription model. The difference is that Undeveloped handles all payments. So Undeveloped can be compared more closely to Uniregistry that charges up to 6.88% per transaction when you use their payment systems. While basic commission is cheaper at Uniregistry, BIN commission is cheaper at Undeveloped by 1%.

These are the Uniregistry transaction fees so you can compare:

Transaction fees

  • Service Fee: 3% of the sale price up to $5000, plus 0.3% of the amount exceeding $5000
  • Premium Payment Fee: 3.88% of the sale price (default limit of $5000) for payment by credit card or PayPal

Commission fees

  • Seller-Negotiated (no broker): No commission
  • Buy it Now: 10% commission (includes premium payment fee)
  • Brokered: 15% commission, minimum $175
  • Syndicated: 20% commission, minimum $175

  1. Hello Konstantinos,

The days of Ultra high commission fees are fast becoming a rarity. The coming changes to our sleepy little Industry of Domaining will create a Platform for ever increasing Valuations in the ( .COM Equimoditty Platorm Asset Class ) NOT for all other Non-Strategic Domains that are more liabilities than Assets. Moral of Story Know your Assets or lose your ASSets. JAS

  2. Hello Konstantinos,

What in the world is going on over at thedomains ?? You most definitely have superior followers. They are still playing their censorship games. They obviously favor Google/Alphabet Fan Boys. Good luck with that Raymond.

  3. Hello Konstantinos,

There is a coming reckoning for so-called professional On-line Marketing Companies, who push SEM online Marketing Tactics. SEM = (Very Bad Deal for aspiring Online start-ups + .COM owners and operators ) The fallout will crush reputations and Corporations. Google/Alphabet will have lots of Mud on their faces, because the truth always eventually comes out. Many Many whistleblowers will come out of hiding. Those who opologize NOW will survive. Those who don’t BAD KARMA to say the least. JAS

  4. Great idea!

I like how the domain name appears on cards…great work.

  5. Oh, its only 9% nice. I thought it was 15%, but with 9% i might move all my domains there.

I think Undeveloped way better than efty at the moment. Any domainer who is using efty, likely leaving tons of money on the table.
I been slowly moving out of efty, since 15% is steep , but at 9% it is very resonable.

Also Undeveloped offers installment payments by default, aka rent to own.

You can turn it on or off, and they handle all the transactions.

    Pretty great.
