New gTLD Domain Sales: Jobboerse.Berlin €8,000, 5 sold for $3,000+ and 10 for $1,200+ (miami.condos)

There were 15 domains sold in the first 3 Donuts EAP days for .condos, .properties, .tienda, and .maison for a total of about $27,000 or more including the premium domains.

Sedo sold the domain name jobboerse.berlin for 8,000 Euro. (It means job market.) The domain name redirects to jobbörse.com.

A few premium .ninja domains were also sold for more than $1,000 such as
cooking.ninja and insurance.ninja. I went with the much much cheaper recipe.ninja.

Back to the Donuts EAP sales: this past week the following 4 Donuts New gTLDs entered general availability with EAP: .condos, .properties, .tienda, and .maison.

There were no domain names sold on the 1st day of the EAP for about $12,500 or more depending on the registration/renewal price (premium level or no premium).

(This report is a bit late. Sorry for this.)

There were 5 domain names sold on the 2nd day of the EAP for about $3,000 each or more depending on the registration/renewal prices (premium level or no premium):

A company from Cyprus bought the domain name greek.properties that has a premium renewal of about $400.

The domain miami.condos was bought by someone from Florida for about $4,600 that has no problem is paying the $1,600 yearly renewal fee.

There were also 10 domain names bought at about $1200 each in the third day of EAP.

Michael Berkens and Worldwide Media Inc bought the domain name southbeach.condos.

Other sales include various US cities and regions purchased by people from the United States such as:
atlanta.condos
chicago.condos ($400 premium)
destin.properties
naples.properties

I also checked all the corresponding domain names in .com and found 0 domains that were sitting unregistered today. People are getting better at this.

A lot of the registered .com domains are owned by domainers such as MARCHEX SALES LLC.

I am sure you notice that not all domain names are reported above. The complete searchable and sortable list of 700+ New gTLD Domain Name Sales can be found in the new paid Members Area of OnlineDomain.com.

Some of the sales are difficult to find as a few domains don’t have nameserves and don’t appear in the zone files. Only sales over $1,000 are reported.

Some of the purchases above might be higher that reported if the domain name is labeled as premium. Premium registration/renewals start at $50 and go all the up to $1500 per year or $3600+ per year. Prices are approximate and depend on what each registrar charges on top of the registry fee.

You can register a domain name using the Donuts EAP that is available in registrars that sell Donuts gTLDs. EAP prices start at about $12,500 and are lowered within the course of the week until they reach the regular registration cost after the 7 day period. The EAP wholesale registrar prices are:
$10,000 (day1)
$2,500 (day2)
$950 (day3)
$500 (day4)
$100 (days 5-7)

Go Daddy’s early access prices are at about $12,539.99 for day one, $3,164.99 for day two, $1,239.99 for day three, $689.99 for day four and $189.99 for days five to seven. After day seven the regular registration cost applies.
