StubHub Inc. files UDRP complaint for 123 domain names at WIPO

StubHub Inc., that is owned by Ebay, filed a UDRP complaint at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The complaint was filed for 123 domain names, all relating to StubHub. All are StubHub.com typos such as:
astubhub.com
bstubhub.com
btubhub.com
cstubhub.com
dstubhub.com
estubhub.com
fstubhub.com
ftubhub.com
etc…
(click here to see the complete list)

All 123 domain names are registered with Dynadot except for one: stubhome.com. The 122 domains at Dynadot are behind whois privacy and the one with registrar hichina.com is registered to someone from China. I don’t know how StubHub Inc. will link the 122 domains to the domain stubhome.com.

The UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) complaint with case number D2013-0356 has not yet commenced as it is pending compliance review at WIPO. Usually a decision is published within one to two months after a case is commenced.

StubHub (often styled StubHub!) is an online marketplace owned by eBay, which provides services for buyers and sellers of tickets for sports, concerts, theatre and other live entertainment events. StubHub Inc was founded in 2000 and was acquired by eBay in January 2007.
