Achtung Baby! Achtung.com sells for $5,505 at GoDaddy

The domain achtung.com sold for $5,505 yesterday at GoDaddy Auctions. Auction had 68 bids from 17 different bidders. That was a good price for a German word .com auction.

That is not such big news but I think you’ve guessed it. I am a big U2 fan. I was 15-16 years old when the album Achtung Baby came out. Songs like The Fly, Mysterious Ways, One, Even Better Than the Real Thing and it’s remixes really defined a generation.

On the 3rd of September 2010, exactly 2 years ago, I went to their concert at the Athens Olympic Stadium for their 360° tour. It was the best concert I have ever been to and one of the most memorable nights of my life. Thanks U2.
