.com price goes up on September 1, 2023

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the December 1, 2012 .com Registry Agreement, as amended, executed between VeriSign, Inc. and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Number (“ICANN”), Verisign has provided effective notice of a price increase for each annual increment of an initial and renewal .com domain name registration and for each transfer of a .com domain name registration from one Registrar to another Registrar.

Verisign and ICANN agreed to amend the .COM Registry Agreement in 2020 to permit an increase to the price for .COM registry services, up to a maximum of 7% in each of the final four years of each six-year period (the first six-year period commenced on Oct. 26, 2018).

.COM FEE SCHEDULE – EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023

Effective as of September 1, 2023 at 04:00 UTC, the fees for specified registration services are listed below:

    Namecheap do not seem that cheap these days

    GoDaddy are blacklisted

    I seem to remember that there was someone you recommended who do a cost plus X percent.
