NamesCon 2020 Days 3 & 4: What not to miss!

NamesCon Global 2020, the Domain Economic Forum, continues today at Austin Texas for its 3rd day. The popular domain name conference runs from Wednesday January 29th up to Saturday February 1st, 2020.

The NamesCon 2020 domain name auction took place yesterday and 74 domain names were sold for a total of $1,805,150. See here all the results.

NamesCon is taking place at the Omni Hotel’s downtown Austin location. The exhibition area, breakout sessions, and workshops — as well as the meeting and lounge areas — take place in this location. The keynotes, partner workshops, and the live domain auction also take place at the Omni. Some other key events are within a few minutes’ walk.

Day 3: Friday January 31, 2020

The action continues with a focus on the secondary market, security, and registry dynamics, as well as the presentation of the Domain Economic Forum transparency petition.

Friday evening will be open and some side-events will take place.

Welcome to NamesCon Global’s dedicated Fun Day, where attendees and partners can spend the day networking and celebrating after an intense few days of conferencing. We’ll all be hitting Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden, an Austin institution famous for its sausage, barbecue, and a dizzying array of over 200 beers on tap! This is a quintessential Austin experience, where Texas tradition meets a modern sense of culinary adventure. (Though with the sausages, beer, you could also say it’s a bit of a German experience, and that’s okay too.)
