Escrow.com announced that from July 2016, an additional three new agents will be joining the Customer Service team to assist customers in completing their transactions online.
The Escrow.com team has grown rapidly in the first half of 2016, with the launch of new international offices and expansion of Customer Service, Engineering and Payments Management teams.
With Tania, Jennifer and Rukshaar joining the team Escrow.com now offers support in five additional languages — Russian, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi and Korean.
“Our international Customer Service team, which is lead by Customer Service Manager Brian Tharp, allows us to offer extended hours and multilingual support, as well as our new Domain Concierge Service” said Jackson Elsegood, General Manager.
Expanding support hours and languages has been a priority since Escrow.com CEO Matt Barrie announced an objective of 24 hour, 7 day support in 25 languages at NamesCon 2016 in January. Since the announcement, new telephone and chat support teams have been created across four international offices around the world to provide 24-hour support on the phone and on site. Since January the Escrow.com?s Customer Support team has responded to over 10,000 onsite chats and over 15,000 phone calls, helping its users complete their transactions on without the risk of fraud or charge back.
