There were a lot of .io domains sold in June at Flippa, just like last month. There are other ccTLDs in the sales report as well but of course sales are dominated by .com.
Highest domain name sale for the month June at Flippa was BOA.com that sold for $60,000. The domain name Bitcoin.co.uk sold for $30,000.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Bank of America now files an UDRP against a new owner of BOA.com. It is a risky business :-/
They’d deserve to lose such a UDRP if they were to file a complaint. Acronyms have a multitude of uses, and “boa” is a dictionary word with no relation to Bank of America.
