This year marks .NET’s 30th anniversary. Nordu.net was actually the first .NET domain name, and .NET is now home to approx. 15 million domain names.
For the last 30 years, .NET has been one of the most popular domain name extensions. It is where the very first domain name ever created, Nordu.net, made its home online.
Take a look at the infographic below to see how .NET continues its online activities:
With so much hullabaloo about .COM versus the nTLDs, some domainers get caught up in that manufactured feud and forget .NET. Week after week, I’ve been documenting a resurgence in LLL.net prices, which bodes well. And some reseller recently purchased what remained of LLLL.net domains, which is optimistic. Personally, I had a $4k offer for a Spanish .NET last week and have sold others in 2015.
People will argue (and should), but there’s a lot more out there to argue about than .XYZ.
I am selling .info and .us like crazy lately! 🙂
