Virtual, Inc. Extends Client Roster with Domain Name Association, FIDO Alliance, and Feldenkrais Guild of North America

Virtual, Inc. (http://www.virtualmgmt.com), a technology-focused association management company, has recently signed new clients in three distinctively different sectors: the Domain Name Association (DNA), the FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) Alliance, and the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA).

The DNA, launched in October 2013, is a non-profit global business association that represents the interests of the domain name industry, and it also works to

educate Internet users about opportunities with the launch of new top-level domain names. Its members operate the key Internet infrastructure and include domain name registries (such as .org, .info, .uk and .guru), registrars (such as GoDaddy and Web.com), and registry service providers. Virtual provides a full range of services and support to the DNA, from finance and membership management to public relations.

The FIDO Alliance aims to change the nature of online authentication by developing and promoting technical specifications that define an open, scalable, interoperable set of mechanisms that reduce the reliance on passwords to authenticate users. Virtual is providing a suite of services to the FIDO Alliance, including accounting, member and web support, and project management of its testing program.

The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education uses gentle movement and directed attention to bring about increased awareness and improved functioning through experiential learning. The FGNA is a non-profit professional organization concerned with increasing public awareness of the Feldenkrais Method, certification and continuing education of practitioners, accreditation of professional training programs, protecting the quality of Feldenkrais work, and research in the Method’s effectiveness. Virtual is providing membership, web and finance services to the FGNA.

“The differences in focus of our three newest clients underscore the value of Virtual’s association management services, whatever an organization’s subject matter may be,” said Andy Freed, Virtual’s President. “Our expertise frees our clients to concentrate on theirs.”
