Donuts entered EAP general availability for the following 6 New gTLDs today:
.ACADEMY .CENTER .COMPANY .COMPUTER .MANAGEMENT .SYSTEMS
The most promising New gTLD from the 6 is .company. And that is promising for the registry and not for domainers or end users. Most companies don’t want to be referred to as “company”. They don’t put the term “company” in the actual company name. I expect sunrise to be strong compared to the other 5 in .company. The other 5 are either too specific, non-descriptive or too limited.
The following 3 New gTLDs are out of the EAP pricing and into the real (reg fee) general availability today: .DOMAINS, .CAB, .LIMO. Click here to see some of the purchases made in the past week.
You can register a (.ACADEMY .CENTER .COMPANY .COMPUTER .MANAGEMENT .SYSTEMS) domain name using the Donuts EAP that is available in registrars that sell Donuts gTLDs. EAP prices start at about $12,500 and are lowered within the course of the week until they reach the regular registration cost after the 7 day period.
Go Daddy’s early access prices are $12,539.99 for day one, $3,164.99 for day two, $1,239.99 for day three, $689.99 for day four and $189.99 for days five to seven. After day seven the regular registration cost applies.
The Donuts Early Access Program (EAP) is designed for registrants who want to secure relevant, memorable domain names the instant they’re available. The EAP takes the place of a traditional landrush for all Donuts gTLDs.
Interested individuals, organizations, businesses and others can register names on a first-come, first-served, non-restricted basis. In addition, this program allows brand owners the opportunity to obtain non-trademark domain names to help promote and protect brands, register authoritative terms for their industries, or simply get an interesting and usable Internet identity.
Early access registrations are available for the first seven days of a gTLD’s general availability. EAP commences today at 16:00 UTC (11:00 a.m. US Eastern Standard Time) and ends in a week from now, also at 16:00 UTC. Each week a series of Donuts gTLD launches, EAP will begin at 16:00 UTC on Wednesday and close at 16:00 UTC the following Wednesday.
More are on the way. In fact, Donuts will open several gTLDs each week for most of 2014.
As a reminder, each gTLD’s general availability is preceded by a 60 day process known as Sunrise, when trademark holders are able to secure their trademarked terms. Once this phase is completed, the gTLD is open for anyone to register names. Registrations are available only through accredited domain name registrars — you can find a complete and regularly updated list of registrars that sell Donuts gTLDs here.

O_come on
Maybe it’s on the collision list.
Hi Guys & Konstantinos Zournas
Give me your opinion about the domain WorkFrom.Computer
thanks in advance
Sorry but I don’t like it.
I don’t like 99.9% of the 2 word new gtlds.
Thank you for valuable opinion but as we know there are many premium .com domains exist in the market but still they are not sold may be due to poor publicity or performance on search engines.
Coming to new domain names extension I agree with you (royal.domains) that single word can be found but sometimes we do foolish attempt in registering domains such as what I did for workfrom.computer ( I tried my best to grab unique .computer domain but as my mind deviated towards “work from home” most demanding keyword as every one knows then I searched for “work from computer” keyword on google.com (https://www.google.co.in/webhp?tab=ww&ei=yiUxU-eqJ8iOrgfQ5oHACg&ved=0CBYQ1S4#q=work+from+computer) ultimately come to conclusion to develop it providing information or services about work from computer to the freelancers, students, housewife …………… etc
usually I prefer to register domains in general registration except arab.company which I spent around 150$ because I know arab.com sold for 2,25,000$ see below link
http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2004/domainsales08_24_04.htm
I spent hours to grab the good domains but sometimes end up the day not registering single domain. Reviews will encourage us for our good work and caution from waste investments.
I am here to know your valuable compliments or comments and to share my views with every member. Just few minutes back I registered 2 new domains
– ewaste.systems
– ewaste.management
I know that ewaste means electronic waste but that is another type of domains I wouldn’t register:
e or i prefix in new gtlds.
Thanks
Konstantinos Zournas can you let me know your new domains portfolio which you have registered in general availability
