Daily Domain Sales (10-07-2014): VeryExclusive.com $30,000, NewYork.estate $9,000

dailyI closed another deal yesterday. It is the 3rd domain name that I have sold in the past 10 days for 5-10k Euro. All buyers were from Europe. Is this a coincidence? I don’t think so. The domains were 2 .com and a .us.

NewYork.estate was sold for $9,000 in a private transaction as reported by dnjournal.com today.

I bet you all have heard of the massive hacking attack on Moniker. It was successful and many domains have been reported as stolen including domains such as bit.com. This is “How To Check If Any Of Your Domains Have Been Stolen From Moniker”.

  1. Congrats on making those sales and good to see buyers from Europe because most of the time for many people the buyers are from U.S. Good sign people are coming out and buying names from every part of the world.

  2. Yes ….big congrats on the sales. Can you give any info regarding the .us sale ? Age of the domain, niche etc…

  3. wow… incredible!

  4. Great. And what about the .COM sales? Can you share some details as in brandable or number of letters etc. How did you approach the buyer? Or did the buyer approach? How much did you buy them for?

    • The 2 .com were 1-word not English domains.
I just sold another .org to another European buyer.
      I almost never approach buyers.
They use the contact form at DNS and whois.
I suppose all were not very expensive but you have to factor in that I have a lot of renewals every year.
