The domain was registered in 1995 probably by eDoctor, a Radiology Solutions Provider. Since at least 2003 the domain was owned by GlaxoSmithKline. The domain expired last November while it was registered at registrar MELBOURNE IT and then it was deleted on the 16th of February 2013 and caught by Namejet.

I don’t know why and how GlaxoSmithKline didn’t renew this domain name. GlaxoSmithKline owns 6,194 according to Domain Tools and some of the domains are registered with MELBOURNE IT. Gsk-usa.com is at Melbourne IT. Gsk.com is registered with easydns.com.
Is it possible than the domain admin forgot to renew it?
GSK has been dropping domain names left & right. I don’t think they have their finger on the pulse, based on the names that I have been able to catch 😉
