Ethos Capital acquires Donuts Inc.

Erik Brooks and Fadi Chehadé, Co-CEOs of Ethos Capital, made the announcement today that Ethos Capital is going to acquire controlling interest of Donuts Inc.

Last month Donuts completed the acquisition of Afilias.

Here is the announcement today:

(“Donuts”) by agreeing to acquire a controlling interest in the company. Donuts is an outstanding business and leader in their industry. After over two strong years as an Abry Partners portfolio company, Abry Partners and Ethos Capital have reached an agreement for Ethos Capital to purchase the controlling interest in Donuts. Ethos Capital, led by Erik Brooks and Fadi Chehadé, is an existing investor in Donuts. We are grateful for the leadership and support that Abry Partners has provided Donuts.

  2. Donuts INC is acquired by another private equity, the latter with the venture capital being very conducive to acquiring 7-figure domains and Ultra Premium from some of the best domain broker that will be in the Namescon online 2021

  3. They are going to raise renewal prices like there is no tomorrow.

  4. I do not understand the monopoly and the rise in renewal?
    The question would be how is it that Donuts Inc with the majority of gTLD extensions do not yet have them in their possession and must depend at this point on Private Equity Companies and the news is released a few days before Namescon online 2021
