NamesCon

Going to NamesCon 2017? You should download the new mobile app!

Are you going to NamesCon 2017? Then you should download the new mobile app. I will be in Las Vegas and I am already using the brand new app.

The NamesCon mobile app is powered by .Tech of the Radix Registry and you can download it now and start planning your conference.

I have already prepared my agenda as many concurrent sessions are hard to manage and people need to decide in advance which sessions they want to attend.

It is also a great way to see who is attending and follow on the app the people you know or the people you want to meet. You can even search by company. (wow! Amazon has 8 people attending while Microsoft only one…)

The app is great for networking and sending messages to other attendees.

Of course there are more features described by the organizers:

Make the most of your NamesCon experience with features like schedule management, speaker profiles, private messaging, sponsor and exhibitor listings, discussion groups, and a live activity feed where you can post your photos and status updates.

Check in at vendor booths and rate speakers after each session through the app to let other attendees know what you’ve been up to. Please note that session scheduling, with linked speaker and company profiles, is only available through the app. It is the best way to stay connected and organized during NamesCon.

To make things more fun, you’ll be able to earn points through most of the activities within the app, and the top 10 users on the NamesCon app leaderboard will be entered to win a free ticket to NamesCon 2018.

Visit http://namescon.tech for download links for both Apple and Android devices.

Or search for “NamesCon” on the iTunes store or Google Play from your mobile device.

For app troubleshooting during the conference, the Mobile App Ambassadors will be happy to help you at the NamesCon Information Desk.

People attending should have already received a welcome email containing their login password. Just check the inbox of the email you used to register. If you’ve already downloaded the app or haven’t received your password, you can enter the email you used to register and select the reset password option.
