Go Daddy announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

GoDaddy, the world’s largest technology provider dedicated to small businesses, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering, and KKR Capital Markets LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.

Go Daddy doesn’t care about any of the domain extensions. As long as they sell any domains they make money.
