Did the buyer of the domain Mobile.xxx also buy Mobil.xxx or not?

ICM Registry announced on the 4th of February the sale of the domain name Mobile.xxx to a European mobile experts SGM Media GmbH, the “SexGoesMobile” company. The domain was sold for $160,000 and ICM Registry also announced that the Mobile.xxx owner, SGM Media, also acquired 350 additional .xxx domains for its affiliate network.

While I believe that most of the additional .xxx domains were hand registrations I have some doubts as to who bought the domain name Mobil.xxx that I reported as sold on the 17th of January for $2,805. Was it SGM Media GmbH that bought the domain name just 2 weeks earlier that the purchase of Mobile.xxx or was it some other company?

Mobile.xxx whois details clearly SGM Media as the owner but Mobil.xxx is behind whois privacy. Both domains are registered with the Mesh Digital Limited (Domainmonster.com) that is a UK registrar that was recently acquired by Host Europe Group that is the largest privately-owned hosting group in Europe.

Or was it Mobil a major American oil company which merged with Exxon in 1999 to form ExxonMobil that got in time and bought Mobil.xxx defensibly?
