These are as much “top” as the Domaining.com newsletter headlines. In other words, they are just selections. Abusing the term “top”, however, is becoming a trend.
You are right.
This is a selection of 50 domains that are priced. No unpriced domains will be in this list. That excludes maybe 95% of all good domains.
And of course they can’t put all the best domains at once as there will be no point for another “Sedo’s selects 50”.
