ICANN sends notice of breach to 3 registrars: Basic Fusion, Inc., A. Telecom S.A., Dotted Ventures, Inc.

As of 23 April 2013, 3 ICANN accredited registrars are in breach of their Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

ICANN requests that these 3 registrars cure the breaches by 14 May 2013, 15 working days from the date of the letter ICANN send to the affected registrars.

These breaches result from:

  • Basic Fusion, Inc. :
  1. Failure to pay past due accreditation fees pursuant to Section 3.9 of the RAA.
  2. Failure to give ICANN written notice within 30 days of any change to Registrar’s contact information, as required by Section 5.11 of the RAA.

Basic Fusion, Inc. must pay all past due accreditation fees in the amount of $5,091.59 and provide written notice to ICANN of changes to Basic Fusion’s contact information.

  • A. Telecom S.A.
  1. Failure to pay past due accreditation fees pursuant to Section 3.9 of the RAA.
  2. Failure to give ICANN written notice within 30 days of any change to Registrar’s contact information, as required by Section 5.11 of the RAA.

A. Telecom S.A. must pay all past due accreditation fees in the amount of $10,863.67 and provide written notice to ICANN of changes to A. Telecom S.A.’s contact information.

  • Dotted Ventures, Inc.
  1. Failure to pay past due accreditation fees pursuant to Section 3.9 of the RAA.

Dotted Ventures, Inc. must pay all past due accreditation fees in the amount of $9,289.13.

After failure to timely cure the breaches and provide the information requested, ICANN may
commence the registrar termination process.
