Mike Mann sells CryptoWorld.com for $195k

Mike Mann announced on social media that he sold the domain name CryptoWorld.com for $195k.

It seems that the domain was sold at Sedo and the exact price was $194,888.

Mike bought the domain name in 2011 for $15. Probably the domain was in an expired auction and he was the only bidder.

The domain has a 2004 original registration date.

The buyer is not yet known as whois has not been updated yet.

In August 2017 the domain was for sale by Mike for “just” $29,888. I guess updating your BIN prices really pays off!

    • @ Jeff Schneider

“…huge Liability”?!?! I guess that you’d better kiss your blockchain/crypto consulting practice goodbye.

I just wish that people like you and Andrea Palladini would stick to commenting on, well, …nothing; because your comments on domain names are almost as inaccurate as those you proffer on blockchain.

It you would bother to spend a few hours reviewing the thousands of articles posted on CoinDesk.com, CoinTelegraph.com, ETHNews.com, and tons of other relevant sites, you might come to realize that this is the most revolutionary technology to appear since the Web.

I don’t have time to spoon feed you any further; but if you’re going to continue to post nonsensical ‘insights’ like this one, you’re going to get brutal pushback – because no one has time to read comments like this one.

      • haha Gene. what a reply. i agree btw Cheers

      • I don’t always agree with Jeff but in this regard I certainly do. There will come a time when all cryptos are pretty much worthless. It doesn’t matter how good the technology or concept may be.

    • @Jeff Schneider You have NO IDEA what you are talking about.

‘huge liability’ is just about the dumbest comment I have read.

Obviously, you know NOTHING about Blockchain/Crypto, i.e., the best technology since the internet was created.

      And what is this…
      Marketing ‘Intelligence’ Analyst
      Commodity Hedge Strategist
      Domain Master?!?!?!

      You are an absolute fool!

Your signature does not amount to jack @#%*

Your usebiz.com website is just AWFUL!

Looks like you are stuck in the 90s

  2. Cryptocurrency.com is worth a Billion Dollars in my opinion. its the mother of all Cryptocurrency Domains.

      • in the grand scheme of things with a 700 Billion dollar market cap and rising i think so. you know if the domain king owned Cryptocurrency.com he would sell for nine figures or joint venture it and pull seven figures a year. as of now it redirects to ethnews.com thats dumb ethnews.com is a worthless domain imo. ps i love your website Konstantinos. Cheers

      • Hello Konstantinos, 1 month from now will be worth 0.$ Are these people (Delusional Digital Morons) or what? Of course they understand Digital Manipulation Though. JAS

    • “1 month from now will be worth 0.$”

These dumb fools have been making these predictions everyday for 7 years!

And every one of them has FAILED!!!

  3. “Super Smart for unloading this huge Liability” …………. Wow the dumbest thing I have read so far this year. We can all hope for liabilities !!

  4. Don’t feed the trolls (e.g. JAS), it just spurs them on.

  5. I like the sell numbers; but for God sake, 5 to 10 years before I can see that kind of sale?‍♂️

  6. ***The buyer is not yet know as whois has not been updated yet.***

I think that the buyer is from Japan. Binance

A few hours before the sale of cryptoworld.com they asked me to sell them my domains

    Crypto.Life and Coin.Life

    I replied:

    Crypto.Life – $39,000 USD

    Coin.Life – $4,900 USD

There is still no answer from them. 😀

    • Perhaps they would prefer my CryptoLiving.com for $55,600 instead given that it comes with the greater credibility of a .com. 🙂

      • Are you really serious? JAS

    • I guess, that the next or “potentially previous” Big Sale might be cryptolife, com
I do not know who owns it… but it looks like that it is not for sale.

    • They asked you to sell, LOL, those guys give away BMWs, if they wanted it, it would have been sold.

You should have closed the deal before their new year in crypto, They are not interested in your wacky reg fee pricing

      • They do not answer my letters any more. 🙂

maybe they wanted to buy CryptoLife, com first, but could not reach them… or didn’t agree on the price…

  7. I was right! 😀

    It’s Binance
