GCA.com Sells For $90,000 USD At Sedo

Sedo just announced that it sold the domain name gca.com for $90,000 USD.

The buyer is not yet known as whois has not yet been updated and shows Sedo as the owner. The domain gca.com currently displays the default Network Solutions under construction/parking page.

The domain was sold by Glenhaven Capital Associates (formerly known as Gordon Campbell & Associates) from Toronto, Canada. As you can see even though they changed their name they kept the same acronym and still sold the domain gca.com and made $90k.

From what I see at archive.org they never used the domain to build a website. They only used it for email.

The domain was registered in 1997 and the seller has owned it since at least 2001 according to domaintools.com.
