ICANN sends 2nd notice of breach to NameJuice.com responsible for the “Domain Registry of America” scam

ICANN sends 2nd notice of breach to registrar NameJuice.com that is responsible for the “Domain Registry of America” scam. NameJuice.com got another notice of breach this past December which I believe that was fixed because ICANN would have deaccredited this registrar. The notice expires today.

As of 20 March 2014, BRANDON GRAY INTERNET SERVICES INC. (dba “NameJuice.com”) (“Brandon Gray”) is in breach of its Registrar Accreditation
Agreement (“RAA”) with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
(“ICANN”) dated 12 February 2014 (“RAA”).  This breach results from:

• Brandon Gray’s failure to maintain and make available to ICANN registration records
relating to dealings with the Registered Name Holder, pursuant to Sections 3.4.2 and
3.4.3 of the RAA

ICANN requests that Brandon Gray cure the breach by 9 April 2014, 15 working days from
the date of this letter, by taking the following actions:

• Provide ICANN with the registration data and written communications concerning the
domain name <cubsonline.org> for the period 19 March 2011 to present, between
Brandon Gray and the Registered Name Holder, including a copy of the registration
agreement entered between Brandon Gray and the Registered Name Holder of the
account.

It seems that the owner is trying to transfer out the the domain name cubsonline.org but is not able to.

If Brandon Gray fails to timely cure this breach and provide the information requested by 9
April 2014, ICANN may commence the RAA termination process.

Registrar NameJuice.com (“Brandon Gray”) has been behind the “Domain Registry of America”  (DRoA) or “Domain Renewal Group” scam that sends domain name expiration letters all over the world asking for domain name renewals at the price of $35 per year.

The letter comes to your postal address from the public Whois database of registered domain names. The letter seems like a legitimate bill and says something like “Domain Name Expiration Notice”, but it is actually an agreement to transfer your domain from your registrar to their registrar by paying the $35 renewal fee.
