Network Solutions will offer a low renewal price of just $9.59 for .COM domains purchased at SnapNames.

A single company can not have shares in both the auction houses having a monopoly on backorders? We know their monopoly is absolutely real, not even de facto, which anyway would be enough to stop web.com owning shares of both those companies
They will do every type of tricks, starting from preventing you transferring away domains you catched through namejet and snapnames. Lot of tricks will come….
Networksolutions and register.com are already scammers when you try to trasnfer out domains. Enom does the same. And now they will become even worse

Networksolutions and register.com send the auth codes 3 days after you request them.
I am not familiar with what Enom does. I know it gives the auth code ASAP.

Sorry, of course I wanted to write an exclamation mark, not a question mark.
Yes, they send you immediately the autchcode, but the little unknown registrars where it seems your catched domains are kept will not approve the transfer promptly or will not approve it at all, trying to let the time pass so thet you will be forced to pay renewal fess 5 time higher than the average price
Network solutions and register are well known to do many tricks: they often force registrants to call them to transfer out their domains. The web is is full of complaints about Networksolutions and register.com.
Anyway everyone can understand they are not transparent even going through the buying process. The last time I did it I noticed immediately there weren’t the prices clearly indicated before you agree to purchase etc.

I am dealing with this BS now. Lost a domain at NS and they immediately sent it to SN where it is backordered. They are trying to get as much money as they can by bidding themselves on the domain because they know I want it. They can bid as high as they want. They straight out said $300… Since they are just moving money around from bank account to bank account there is no loss of them. Only a win win situation.
This should not be allowed. Legal action should be taken as this is clearly a monopoly here. Domain names are a companies core.
